These bolted to the wheels of 1981-83 Imperial, and wire-wheeled hub caps are attached to them with a Long machine screw. This ensured the hub caps staying onto the wheel. I took these off an 81 Imperial I restified.

Ick up at my shop in Beasley, TX - or I pack & ship  for an additional $20.
