I'm still looking for a maintenance man for my personal property to work 3-5 days a week for $15 hr. in Beasley, Texas. Duties Include:- washing and detailing my cars, truck, motorcycle & Motorhome- Keeping my shop clean- interior or exterior painting- swinging a weed eater- trimming low branches- vehicle and equipment maintenance- repairing sprinkler system- small home repairs (replace faucet, light bulbs, ac filters ...)The ideal person would most likely be a healthy retired man who is very honest, handy and dependable. Jobs are so diverse that being bored will never be a problem. Every day a different challenge. I'll start the right person at $15 hour for the first year. I currently have a man who has been with me for 10 years who has cut down from five to three days a week to train his replacement. Background check with be performed.
